Project Specification · RFQ
Submit a project specification.
For EPCs, project engineers, tender teams and brownfield upgrade projects requiring technical input. Share the project context — drawings, datasheets, deadlines and required documents — and Tru-Trac will route the request to the correct technical team.
02 / What to include
The more project context, the faster the response.
You don't need every field complete to start. Share what you have — the project team will request what's missing.

Routed to the projects desk.
01
Routed to projects
Your submission is routed to the Tru-Trac projects desk based on country and project stage.
02
Technical review
An engineer reviews the drawings, required documents and project context before responding.
03
First response
You receive datasheets, CAD files, specification wording, budget pricing or a clarification request — whichever is most useful for the project stage.
04
Project engagement
Where appropriate, Tru-Trac may propose a site visit, pilot scope or wider engineering engagement.
Project teams use the assessment too.
Specification quality improves when the conveyor is reviewed first. If you are not yet sure of the technical scope, an assessment can establish a defensible technical basis before the spec is finalised.
