Apex Tracker Series
Fast, autonomous belt tracking for modern conveyor duty.
Apex is Tru-Trac's next-generation tracker platform: compact, adjustable, responsive and built for continuous correction in demanding bulk-handling operations.
The Apex Tracker Series advances Tru-Trac's proven belt tracking architecture for applications that require faster reaction, easier installation, compact fitment and robust lifecycle performance. The range should be presented as the flagship tracker platform for new specifications and upgrades where the conveyor duty justifies Apex-level performance.

02 / Design themes
Five design themes that make Apex the flagship tracker platform.
01
Fast autonomous correction
Apex is designed to react quickly as the belt begins to move off centre, helping correct the belt before misalignment becomes edge damage, spillage or structural contact.
02
Compact installation
The Apex architecture is suited to constrained installations, including hooded conveyors, tripper cars and structures where available space limits conventional options.
03
Simple wing roller adjustment
Angle adjustment allows the tracker to be set for the application, helping the installation team commission the tracker correctly for the conveyor geometry.
04
Heavy-duty lifecycle value
Premium lagging and duty-rated construction support longer service life and reduced cost of ownership in demanding applications.
05
Tiered range
Apex is selected by duty tier and operating envelope, not by belt width alone. Final tier selection must be validated through the selection chart or engineering review.
⚠ Engineering validation required — exact tier boundaries must stay datasheet-driven and Engineering-approved.
03 / The tiered range
Selected by operating envelope, not by belt width alone.

STDTier 01 · Carry side
Apex Taper Trough Tracker STD
Standard-duty carry-side tracking.
Use for standard carry-side applications where continuous correction, compact fitment and reliable tracking are required.
HDTier 02 · Carry side
Apex Taper Trough Tracker HD
Heavy-duty carry-side tracking.
Use where higher load, abrasive material, longer operating hours or tougher site conditions justify heavier construction.
XHD / EXHDTier 03 · Carry side
Apex Taper Trough Tracker XHD / EXHD
Extra-heavy-duty and extreme-duty carry-side tracking.
Use for wider belts, higher speeds, more severe mistracking, higher consequence of failure or the most demanding operating envelopes — critical production conveyors, structural contact risk, high-speed / high-load applications.
HDTier 04 · Return side
Apex Flat Return Tracker HD
Heavy-duty return-side tracking.
Use where return-side drift, carryback contamination, tail-pulley risk or structure contact requires a heavy-duty return tracker.

Detail 02
Wing roller adjustment
Angle adjustment lets the installation team set the tracker for the actual conveyor geometry, not just the catalogue assumption.

Detail 03
Lagging detail
Premium lagging — Grip-Trac or approved option — selected by material, abrasion exposure and operating duty.
05 / Where Apex fits
Where Apex-level performance matters most.
Apex is built for applications where tracking performance, installation practicality and lifecycle reliability matter: hooded conveyors, tripper cars, restricted structures, high-duty belts, abrasive materials and sites where mistracking cannot be allowed to become routine.
01
Hooded conveyors
Restricted clearances where standard tracker geometry is difficult.
02
Tripper cars
Moving structures where compact, autonomous correction is required.
03
Restricted structures
Limited available space, retrofits and structural constraints.
04
High-duty belts
Wider belts, higher speeds, higher tonnage, longer operating hours.
05
Abrasive materials
Where premium lagging and duty-rated construction protect tracker life.
06
Critical production
Sites where mistracking cannot be allowed to become routine.
06 / Customer statements
