A Tru-Trac case study is built from field evidence. Each case identifies the operating condition, the failure mode, the intervention, and the measured outcome. Where customer names are not shown, the case remains specific through commodity, region, conveyor condition, product family, and result.

    Customer names are disclosed only where explicit publication approval has been granted. Each case in this library is reviewed under the Tru-Trac case-study approval workflow; cases marked as anonymised present commodity, region and conveyor context but not the customer name. Customer-named cases are flagged in the case header.
  • 02What data is included?
    Each case includes the conveyor problem, site context, conveyor zone, the product or solution used, the implementation approach and the measured outcome. Supporting evidence — photos, schematics, monitoring data — is included where approved for publication. Where data is restricted, the case still presents the failure mode and the engineering response.
  • 03Can I request a similar assessment?
    Yes. Each case includes a CTA to request a conveyor assessment. If your operation resembles the case (same commodity, similar conveyor duty, comparable failure pattern), Tru-Trac will route the assessment to the appropriate technical or regional support team.
