Belt Cleaners & Ploughs · Discharge · Zone 03
Carryback is the material that clings to the belt after discharge and drops along the return run. Tru-Trac cleaners remove it at the source, cutting spillage, idler contamination, belt damage and clean-up labour.
01 / Choose a cleaning stage
Three stages, three doors. Position and function are carried here so nothing needs repeating elsewhere.

Door 01
Primary Scrapers
At the head-pulley face, right below the discharge trajectory, where the belt is curved and fully supported. Removes the bulk of the material.

Door 02
Secondary Scrapers
Just past discharge, on the return path. Removes the fine residue the primary leaves behind — including sticky and moist materials.

Door 03
Ploughs
On the approach to the tail pulley. Diverts spillage and tramp material off the return belt before it wedges between belt and pulley.

02 / Why carryback compounds
Material that stays on the belt after discharge drops onto return idlers, walkways and structure — driving spillage and clean-up, contaminating idlers and the tail pulley, feeding belt-edge damage and mistracking, and in some duties adding dust and fire risk.
