Carry-side drift begins near loading — material position, belt dynamics and trough geometry push the belt off centre. Trough trackers correct it while the belt is carrying, before it becomes edge damage, spillage and downstream instability.

02 / How it works
Mechanical, continuous, position-specific.
Differential roll speed triggers the pivot, steering the belt back to centre. Once aligned, the tracker resets to neutral. No power, no sensors, no routine manual adjustment.

Reacts to drift, not damage
The tapered wing rollers activate immediately as the belt moves off centre, so there's no 90° contact with the belt edges.

Continuous correction through controlled tracker geometry; bearings are sealed and maintenance-free.
