Belting, Pulleys & Lagging
Lagging
Lagging is the interface between belt and pulley, controlling drive traction, water and fines shedding, vibration, pulley wear and belt life. The Tru-Grip range covers diamond rubber, plain rubber and diamond ceramic surfaces selected by pulley role, duty, belt speed, moisture, fines and required grip. It is one of the strongest Tru-Trac-branded categories in the contact layer.
Where it’s used
- 01Drive and non-drive pulleys needing traction and belt-contact stability
- 02Wet conditions and fines where slippage and grip are the issue
- 03High-torque or heavy-duty drive pulleys requiring stronger grip
- 04Lighter-duty pulleys and idlers needing pulley protection
