Belt Repair, Splicing & Bonding
Repair Materials
Repair materials address localised belt damage — gouges, punctures, cover damage and edge damage — with repair strips, patches and repair rubber. The right material is only part of the repair: surface preparation, bonding method and curing determine whether the repair survives flexing, impact, moisture and belt tension. Standardising repair materials helps maintenance teams be ready before the conveyor is already down.
