TTR SI-2 — Single Idler, Dual Load Cell

The architecture, up close.
High accuracy comes from a weigh frame that moves only in the axis you're measuring, on load cells that see only the load. The FI-4 is built around that principle.

Weigh systems

TTR SI-2 — Single Idler, Dual Load Cell
Achievable accuracy: better than 1%.
- Weight span: single-idler, 1000 mm (idler spacing 1000 mm).
- Load cells: two C3 cells in compression, supporting idler weight only for enhanced resolution; 150% overload capacity.
- Recommended integrator: AccuTrac Premium.
- Construction: mechanical steel / stainless steel; powder-coated, painted or galvanized.
- Calibration: semi-automatic test weight (>60% of max loading); optional AccuCal roller chain.
- Modular design retrofits to different belt widths by replacing the existing idler frame.

TTR DI-4 — Dual Idler, Four Load Cell
Achievable accuracy: better than 0.25%.
- Weight span: dual-idler, 2000 mm (idler spacing 1000 mm).
- Load cells: four C4 / C3 cells in tension; 150% overload capacity.
- Belt speeds up to 2.5 m/s; torsion rods minimise horizontal movement.
- Recommended integrator: AccuTrac Premium; Remote Monitoring compatible.
- Construction: mechanical steel / stainless steel; powder-coated, painted or galvanized.
- Calibration: semi-automatic test weight (>60% of max loading); optional AccuCal roller chain.
- NRCS accreditation pending.

TTR FI-4 / 6I-4 — Four / Six Idler, Four Load Cell
Achievable accuracy: better than 0.1% — for Critical Control Point and metallurgical accounting.
- Weight span: four-idler 4000 mm, or six-idler 6000 mm (idler spacing 1000 mm).
- Weigh frame: high-precision, fully floating, pivotless.
- Load cells: four environmentally protected C3, S-type cells in tension; 150% overload capacity.
